Traits of God

God loves and is love.

God is worthy of and enjoys praise to Him. God gets angry.

God forgives.

God is powerful.

God gives good gifts.

God is comprised of three persons. God is just.

God will judge mankind. God is Holy.

God is timeless.

God sees 1000 years as a day and a day is like 1000 years. God knows the past, present and future.

God is omnipresent. (Everywhere at all times) God has thrown Satan out of heaven.

God hears and answers prayer.

God knows people’s hearts and minds.

God is not impressed by titles, physical strength, long prayers.

God is impressed by a humble attitude, dependance on Him, strong faith. God created all things.

God speaks His will into existence.

God commands Angels and heavenly hosts.

God in the form of Christ is coming to earth again. God in the form of the Holy Spirit is on the earth now. God sent Christ to die for the sin of mankind.

God sent the Holy Spirit to convict mankind of sin and to expose Satan as a liar and sanctifies believers when they accept Christ.

God inspired the Bible.

God wants mankind to be saved. God keeps his promises.

God’s names are: I am, El Shaddi ( My supply), Jehovah-Adonai (My Lord and Master), Jehovah-Jireh (God will provide), Jehovah-Raphe (My healer), Jehovah-Rohi (My Shepherd), Jehovah-M’Kaddesh (My Sanctifier), Jehovah- Nissi (The Lord my banner or victory), Jehovah-Shalom (The Lord is my peace), Jehovah-Shammah (The Lord is there), Jehovah-Tsidkenou (The Lord our righteousness), Jehovah Elohim or Yahweh( Creator ), Jehovah (Father) Jesus Christ, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace, Emmanuel

God has appeared as: a pillar of cloud, fire and a dove.
