In the image of God

In the image of God by lcl

Jehovah God is truly amazing. In His words, He is the great I am. I would also add that He is an “I can” god. Jesus said that we would be as He is when we go to Heaven.

Rom 6:5 For if we have been joined together in the likeness of His death, we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection;

1Jn 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be. But we know that when He shall be revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

Therefore, we should explore how great and unlimited God is to gain insights as to how we shall become. As far as I can determine, there are no time or space limitations on the God who knows all and can do all He desires.

God is in multiple places all over the world to hear and answer prayers through his Holy Spirit. 2Peter1:21

God can instantly move from one place to another and can appear in different forms or not be seen at all. Mark 16:12, Luke 24:16, Luke 24:31,36

God is not limited by any solid and can pass through walls as Jesus did after His resurrection. He can be spirit or human and be touched and eat food. Luke 24:39, 43, John 20:26

Time is of a different dimension in Heaven. To God one day is as 1000 years. God can therefore take His time to do whatever He desires and to consider what He will do. 2Peter3:8

God was in the past, currently is in the present and knows the future. We are assured that God will always be in whatever time there is. Rev.22:13

God does not change or age. Why would he need to when he is already perfect for all situations and conditions? He can be spirit or human as desired. Mal.3:6

All knowledge comes from God who created all and knows all. Col.2:2, 3

God is a great communicator who knows people’s thoughts and hearts. He also communicates His will through His Holy Spirit just as He did for Christ. The Holy Spirit also speaks for us to God and intercedes, along with Christ, to The Father for us. Psalm 44:21, Romans 8:26,27, 34

God created all things including angels and people by speaking them into existence. Christ was manifested out of the Father through the Holy Spirit overshadowing Mary. He then creates new life as men and women unite. Gen.1:3,6,9,11,14,20,24,26 Isa,45:12, Eph.3:9, Col.1:16, Rev.4:11

If you have any doubts or questions about these things I would encourage you to read his book, The Bible. He desires us to know Him to appreciate Him, fellowship with him and worship him.
