Prophesied to be born of a virgin and named Immanuel. He was to eat curds and honey to know to refuse evil and choose good. Isaiah 7:14-15
He was to break the yoke of the oppressor (Satan) by garments rolled in blood (His own). (Unfortunately, the people misinterpreted this to mean that He was to break the yoke of their earthly oppressor, Rome.) Isaiah 9:4
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon His shoulder. His name shall be called wonderful counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father, prince of peace. Of the increase of His government and peace, there will be no end. Isaiah 9:6-7 (His government refers to God’s heavenly government.)
He has no form or comeliness, and when we see Him there is no beauty that we should desire Him. He is despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him. He was despised and we did not esteem Him. Surely, He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. He was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray. We have turned, everyone, to his own way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:2-6

Was manifested to take away sin and has no sin in Him. Those in Christ do not sin. 1st John 3:5,6,9 (In the old testament god used the blood of pure animals to make atonement for sin. Leviticus 17:11 In the new covenant, the blood of a pure Christ became the perfect sacrifice to cancel the sins of all who accept Him as Savior and Lord.)

When Christ raised himself from death and sat at God’s right hand in heaven He became far above all principality, powers, might and dominion (kingdoms) and above all names in this and the future age to come. All things were put under His feet and He was made head of the Church, which became His body. In that moment, all who had been dead due to sin (even while trusting in Christ) were also guaranteed life in heaven , by God’s grace, and also (guaranteed to be) raised to be with Christ in heaven. You were saved by grace through faith, not by works, but as a gift of God that none should (pridefully) boast. Eph.1:20, 2:8,9
Christ died that He might be able to destroy the devil, and free from bondage those who fear death (that the devil can bring.) Hebrews 2:14-15
Christ had to be made as man that He might be a high priest, for things pertaining to God, and become a propitiation (atoning sacrifice) for the sins of the people. Hebrews 2:17
Was foreordained (a high priest) to save those known before the foundation of the world. 1st Peter 1:19-20
Because Christ humbled Himself and obeyed God the Father, even to death on a cross, He
was exalted and His name made above all others. At the name of Jesus every knee in heaven, on and under earth shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:8-11
Jesus Christ is the chief cornerstone of the household of God, including saved Jews & Gentiles and other saints. The foundation was made of apostles and prophets. All together will form a holy temple for God in the Spirit. Eph.2:19-22

Christ chose those to follow Him, appointed them (to do God’s work) successfully and to receive that which is asked for in the name of Christ. John 15:16
Christ sent a helper, the spirit of truth (the Holy Spirit ), to his followers by praying to the Father, who then sent the Holy Spirit. John 14:16, 15:26,16:7-15,20:22
Christ will return again to reign on earth. Acts 1:11 When he touches the Mt. Of Olives, it will split from an earthquake (Zechariah 14:4), forming a great valley where living waters flow from Jerusalem East and West. Jerusalem will then be at peace from war. Those who fought against Jerusalem will receive a plague causing them to dissolve
immediately (like a nuclear explosion). People must also return yearly to honor Christ, again on earth, or they will receive no rain. Zechariah 14: 1-17 The ark of the covenant will cease to exist during Christ’s earthly reign. Jeremiah 3:16-17
Christ and God the Father gives everlasting consolation & hope through grace. They comfort the hearts and establish (believers) in every good word and work. 2Thes.2:16-17
